An attractive small plant from Japan with soft lavender-gray leaves in 5cm rosettes that offset readily producing small plantlets on spaghetti thin stems. After several years these rosettes can produce tiny pale yellow flowers on tall spikes in early autumn which look exquisite. The flowering rosette dies after flowering but is quickly replaced by offsetting ones.
Orostachys boehmerii doesnt like high humidity. It needs well draining soil and bright light. The active growing season is summer.
